Under the current regulation there is no safe harbor warning specific to Enclosed Parking Facilities, however, warnings must be provided for exposures to listed chemicals which occur in an Enclosed Parking Facilities.  The clear and reasonable warning provisions in the current Article 6 provide safe harbor warning content and methods for exposures to listed chemicals from various sources such as consumer products, alcoholic beverages, and food.

Note: Businesses can use either the old warning or new warning until August 30, 2018. After August 2018, only the new safe harbor options will be available.  For more information see: Questions and Answers for Businesses
