Under the current regulation there is no specific safe harbor warning methods and content for hotels or other lodging establishments.  Warnings are still required for significant exposures to listed chemicals occurring at a hotel.  Business can use the current Article 6 Clear and Reasonable Warnings regulations for guidance concerning safe harbor warnings for consumer product, environmental, occupational, and certain other exposures to listed chemicals from sources such as alcoholic beverages and food.

Note: Businesses can use either the old warning or new warning until August 30, 2018. After August 2018, only the new safe harbor options will be available.  For more information see: Questions and Answers for Businesses
